Welcome to Snap CleanerMembership Service!

The Snap CleanerMembership is developed by Tianjin ChensiTechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chensi"), the owner of Snap Cleaner. It aims to provide paid value-added membership benefits for Snap Cleanerusers (hereinafter referred to as "You").

Please carefully read and fully understand each term of this Agreement, especially the terms regarding liability exemption or limitation. Chensiwill highlight restrictive and exemption clauses in boldor italic bold. Minors must read this Agreement together with their legal guardians.

Any act of obtaining and using the Snap CleanerMembership shall constitute your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you object to any term of this Agreement, you may choose not to activate this service.

Service Content

The Snap CleanerMembership is a value-added product launched by Snap Cleanerfor users, including a variety of exclusive membership benefits.

The device or software version you use to access Snap Cleanermay affect your ability to fully enjoy the Snap CleanerMembership benefits. In such cases, we will recommend that you replace your device or remind you to upgrade in a timely manner to avoid impacting your normal access to all membership benefits.

Snap CleanerMembership services refer to the exclusive benefits and special features that members can enjoy within the Snap Cleanerapplication, including but not limited to:

Ad-Free Service: To enhance the Snap Cleaneruser experience, we provide ad-free services, making feature usage more streamlined and efficient.

Duplicate and Similar Photo Cleanup: Provide users with scanning and cleanup services for duplicate and similar photos in their mobile phone albums.

Specific benefit details are subject to the information displayed on the Snap CleanerMembership page.

After you activate the joint membership, third-party benefits must be claimed within 15 days from the date of successful purchase and shall not be claimable after the expiration date. Upon completion of payment, unless such circumstances are attributable to Chensi, you shall not apply for or request a refund or transfer of the membership without Chensi's prior written consent. If you are repeatedly charged or unable to use the purchased services due to technical issues with the Snap Cleanerproduct, you may submit a refund request. This request requires you to provide relevant information and cooperate with Chensi's processing. Chensimay process the refund after verification.

When participating in membership activities, you shall comply with the activity rules and conduct yourself in a legal manner that does not harm the interests of the event organizer. Those who participate in activities and obtain relevant benefits through improper means such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, rule flaws, system setting errors, or abusing membership status shall not be protected. Chensireserves the right to take corresponding measures, and all losses and liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the infringer.

After you activate this service through channels designated by Chensi, the specific services you can actually use may vary due to factors such as different software versions, devices, operating systems, or other third-party reasons. You understand and agree to exempt Chensifrom relevant liabilities that may cause you inconvenience.

Activation and Termination

You may obtain the Snap CleanerMembership qualification (hereinafter referred to as "Membership Qualification") by agreeing to this Agreement and paying the membership fee.

This service offers both one-time payment and automatic renewal options. For automatic renewal rules, please refer to the "Snap CleanerAutomatic Renewal Service Rules".

Validity Period of Snap CleanerMembership: Calculated from the date of activation of the Membership Qualification. The specific validity period can be viewed on the [My] page. If a member renews or extends the membership period through other methods during the validity period, the validity period will be extended accordingly. If a member does not extend the period in any way after the Membership Qualification expires, Snap Cleanerreserves the right to cease providing corresponding membership benefits.

Non-use of Snap CleanerMembership benefits by a member shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights. However, if a member violates any of Chensi's management regulations or if there is an abnormality in the member's account, Chensireserves the right to take restrictive or freezing measures on the corresponding member's account in accordance with the management regulations. In such cases, the member's account functions and membership benefits will be restricted.

Membership Fees and Renewal

The Snap Cleanermembership fee shall be based on the price indicated by Chension the membership service page at the time of your purchase. Chensireserves the right to launch promotional activities from time to time and publish activity information and prices on the membership service page. Once you have paid the membership fee, unless such circumstances are attributable to Chensi, you shall not apply for or request a refund or transfer without Chensi's prior written consent. In the event of approved refunds, Chensireserves the right to revoke any discounts provided for the membership service or renewal service.

Membership Account Management

Members shall reasonably utilize their membership benefits and services. Chensiwill issue notifications to members through page announcements or private messages. Members shall promptly pay attention to updates on relevant information.

Members shall comply with all rules of Snap Cleaner, including but not limited to this Agreement, as well as the "Snap CleanerSoftware License Agreement", "Snap CleanerPrivacy Policy", and other institutional norms, and various notices and announcements related to Snap Cleanermembers issued by Chensifrom time to time (collectively referred to as "Management Regulations" in this Agreement).

Chensishall not be liable for any leakage of member account passwords or impairment of membership benefits caused by reasons not attributable to Chensi. If a member discovers that their account has been stolen, they shall promptly change the password or retrieve the account in accordance with the Management Regulations. To avoid risks arising from account theft, Chensialso reserves the right to proactively restrict or freeze abnormal accounts and suspend or terminate the provision of membership benefits for such accounts.

If a member's account permissions are restricted (including account locking, etc.) due to a violation of Chensi's Management Regulations, their Membership Qualification shall remain valid, but the relevant membership benefits they are entitled to will be restricted.

Members shall not obtain Membership Qualification through improper means, shall not lend, rent, sell, or otherwise provide their membership accounts to third parties for use, shall not share or sell their membership benefits to third parties in any form, shall not abuse membership benefits, and shall not use their Membership Qualification to obtain improper interests. If a member engages in improper conduct, violates the Management Regulations, or damages the interests of Chensior other Snap Cleanerusers in any form, Chensireserves the right to suspend or terminate the member's Membership Qualification without refunding the collected membership fee. In addition, the violating member shall bear all responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom.

The same membership account may be used on up to [number] mobile devices ("devices" refer to mobile terminal devices including but not limited to mobile phones, tablet computers, etc.). If used beyond the above scope, Chensireserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of membership benefits and cancel the member's Membership Qualification. In addition, the violating member shall bear all responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom.

Disputes arising from reasons attributable to the member themselves shall have no connection with Chensi, and the member shall bear corresponding responsibilities independently. If such disputes damage the legitimate rights and interests of Chensi, Chensireserves the right to cancel the member's Membership Qualification without refunding the collected membership fee. At the same time, Chensireserves the right to protect its own rights and interests through legal means.

Agreement Modification

Chensireserves the right to modify or amend the terms of this Agreement based on Internet development, changes to relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, or Chensi's business development needs. Once the content of this Agreement is changed, Chensiwill notify you in a manner deemed appropriate, including but not limited to system prompts, announcements, and in-app messages.

Other

If Snap Cleaneris unable to provide membership benefits normally due to force majeure, Chensi's operational reasons, or other reasons beyond Chensi's reasonable control, Chensiwill issue a notice in a timely manner and handle the aftermath reasonably to minimize losses to members.
