Snap CleanerAutomatic Renewal Service Terms

These Terms are considered a supplementary agreement to the "Snap CleanerMembership Service Agreement" and form an integral part thereof. Together with the "Snap CleanerMembership Service Agreement", they constitute a unified whole. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the "Snap CleanerMembership Service Agreement", these Terms shall prevail. The operator of Snap Cleaneris Tianjin ChensiTechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chensi").

By clicking to subscribe, activate, and use the Snap Cleanermembership automatic renewal service (hereinafter referred to as "this Automatic Renewal Service"), you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

You understand and agree that:

1. The Snap Cleanermembership service includes membership benefits and special features that members can exclusively enjoy within the Snap Cleanerapplication, including but not limited to:

- (1) Ad-Free Service: To enhance the user experience of Snap Cleanerby providing ad-free services, making feature usage more pure and efficient.

- (2) Duplicate and Similar Photo Cleanup: Providing users with scanning and cleaning services for duplicate and similar photos in the mobile phone album.

The details of the benefits are subject to the display on the Snap Cleanermembership page.

2. When you choose the automatic renewal mode, you authorize Chensito deduct the fees for the next billing cycle from the balance of your account bound to a third-party payment account (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Account") on behalf of the payment channel when the membership validity period is about to expire, thereby extending the validity period of the corresponding subscription. Such deduction does not require verification of your account password, payment password, SMS verification code, or other information. The prerequisite for this service is that you have bound the membership account with the aforementioned account and that the full amount can be successfully deducted from it.

3. If you need to terminate the automatic renewal membership service, you must cancel the automatic renewal before the expiration of each billing cycle. Some payment channels may determine the billing cycle and actual billing time according to their actual circumstances. The update of the automatic renewal status may experience a display delay, and the specific renewal status displayed by Snap Cleanershall prevail. If the renewal fails due to reasons not attributable to Snap Cleaner(such as third-party system failures, account limits, insufficient account balance, etc.), we will treat it as 'expiration without renewal' and stop providing the corresponding service. You shall bear any possible adverse consequences.

4. Snap Cleanerwill send you a renewal reminder for the continuous package service five days before the expiration of the membership service period you have chosen, such as by sending SMS. The decision to renew rests with you. If you choose not to cancel the automatic renewal membership service, it is deemed that you agree to Chensiattempting to deduct from the account bound to your account according to certain rules before the current billing cycle expires. Once the deduction is successful, Chensiwill activate the service for the next billing cycle.

5. Subscription periods include: 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, etc. (subject to the settings on the subscription page). Members may choose accordingly.

6. If an error occurs during the deduction process, Chensiand you shall cooperate closely to identify the cause and bear the losses resulting from their respective faults. If the losses are caused by unequal faults of both parties, liability shall be borne according to the degree of fault. If the losses are caused by the common faults of both parties but the respective faults cannot be distinguished, liability shall be shared equally.

7. The method to unsubscribe from the automatic renewal service is as follows:

If you need to terminate the automatic renewal membership service, you can turn off the automatic renewal function by performing the following steps:

(1) Specific operation: Open the APP Store → Click on the Apple account avatar in the upper right corner to enter "Account" → Click on "Subscriptions" → Select "Snap Cleaner" → Click on "Cancel Subscription".

8. Chensimay also cease providing the automatic renewal service based on operational strategy needs. Your Snap Cleanermembership service period will terminate upon the expiration of the current service period.
